Glen Manor Historic Restoration & Preservation
Glen Manor House is one of Rhode Island’s most treasured architectural landmarks, a French-style chateau built in the early 20th century that overlooks the serene waters of the Sakonnet River. Known for its elegant symmetry, ornate detailing, and sweeping views, Glen Manor has long been a centerpiece for cultural and social gatherings. Our team was honored to contribute to the preservation of this historic estate, ensuring its grandeur and structural integrity endure for generations.
The project focused on restoring critical exterior elements, including slate roofing, lead-coated copper gutters and downspouts, and lead coated copper roofing, flashing, and wall cladding. Every aspect of the work was guided by a commitment to authenticity—employing traditional craftsmanship and historically accurate materials while integrating modern solutions for durability in Rhode Island’s coastal climate.
